Work on the new The Crawford development in Ames is showing signs of progress. The Crawford is a historic adaptive re-use 55+ independent living community, brought to you by RES-Development, Inc. It is located in the heart of campustown at 415 Stanton Ave.

The 1930 school building is being re-imagined into 30 single-family condominiums. These photos were taken in early May 2018.
